We use truck-mounted hot water extraction, the method recommended by Shaw Industries, the world's largest carpet manufacturer, for its superior cleaning results and minimal impact on carpet fibers.

Unlike portable carpet cleaners, which rely on smaller tanks, lower water temperatures, and weaker suction, our truck-mounted system heats water to over 200°F, significantly boosting its cleaning power and allowing it to break down oils, grease, and ground-in soil that cooler water simply can't touch. The system also applies cleaning solutions at high pressure (300–500 PSI) to loosen deep-seated dirt and contaminants, then uses powerful, continuous suction to extract that dirty water and debris straight out of the carpet, not just push it around.

The result is a deeper clean, faster drying times (often just a few hours instead of a full day or more), and none of the residue buildup that causes carpets to re-soil quickly. This advanced process also prevents issues like spots "wicking" back to the surface days after cleaning, a common frustration with lower-powered or DIY methods that leave moisture and cleaning solution trapped in the carpet backing.

Every job follows a proven, multi-step process designed to deliver a deep, lasting clean without damaging your carpet:

1. Pre - Inspection & Pre-Treatment – We assess your carpet's condition and apply a specialized cleaning solution formulated to break down soil, stains, and oils.
2. Agitation – We gently agitate the carpet to work the solution deep into the fibers, loosening embedded dirt and allergens that vacuuming alone can't reach.
3. Hot Water Extraction – Using our truck-mounted system, we flush the carpet with high-temperature water, lifting dirt, residue, and cleaning solution out of the fibers and into our extraction tank.
4. Protective Treatment (Optional) – Upon request, we apply Scotchgard to help repel future spills and stains, extending the time between cleanings.
